Description

Power Centres are formed by mounting a Load Centre directly on to a Power Transformers.

Transformers are available up to ratings of 4.5 MVA.

The primary side of the transformer is normally equipped with an HV Circuit breaker such as Allenwest Wallacetown Type AW2000/E10, and secondary transformer protection is incorporated into the incoming section of the Load Centre.

The whole assembly is mounted on a heavy duty skid underframe.

The Load Centre can be removed from the transformer and both assemblies can be converted to freestanding units, should this be required at a later date.
